Rates

We are not yet an open-market vacation rental, but we will be soon. We share our home with friends & family on a cost-sharing basis. Each guest stay costs us a price, to cover propane, electricity, utilities, wear & tear, etc. We also have a mortgage and taxes, but we're not passing those expenses on to friends/family.
